I remember someone having done some measurements and 4mm either side or something. I think it was @Antm72 who had some data.
Is there not a difference been 2.8 MK1 and facelift trailing arms?

I found the info somewhere and you recall correct i think there is very little difference between prefacelift wide body and the facelifted version
