I went back to the gym when i hit 15 stone must be doing something wrong as im now 15.10 WTF!!
They weighed me at hospital last week thats alot of weight for 5'6"
Thing is never felt fitter hit weight lifting again after years off, funny how the body's musle memory works.
Im three months in to sports therapy and massage has been a learning curve with damage to my rota cuffs and the fear after the torn bicep but all moves well now.
I was gutted the gym had shut so much so i brought everything for home to carry on, when it becomes a lifesfyle you feel robbed if you don't get to go.
Diet changed im dropping weight well., my frame is to big to get to ideal weight without looking ill but i settle for a stone off![]()
I have the exact same problem with the wife and the feeder issues Ant though after many conversations we do appear to be getting somewhere. I'm only eating for three nowSame kind of boat as me mate i hit 48 this year and i average about 10-15k steps aday. Leave yhe van at home and now cycle.
My wife tends to be a feederShe cooks for 4 eats a child portion and gives me a mountain !If i stop eating she asks whats wrong with it
Told her it has to stop as its eating fir the sake of eating.
Losing on average 1/2 to 1lb aday at present but doing heavy work.

My FITBIT wrist monitor has now been renamed FATBIT as it's telling me Im failing in everything I do, how can that be when Im not doing ANYTHING let alone EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! Gives me a goal i must be fit my resting heart rate drops to 42bpm ! just need to lose the weight but going ok as im sub 15st now so its paying off !

They are looking into it as sleep Apnea seems to be in the family,i have been monitered but it was not sensitive enough so waiting again but they have more pressing matters at the moment than me stopping breathing.That is low. Mine drops to 50 and doc doesn't like that.

Jue suggested we do 30 minutes walking in the garden to keep moving.
