Out for my one allowed exercise session, coupled with a quick stop for provisions on the way back - who says men can’t multitask!

Nope, extra mature cheddar, cat food and those tablet things you put in the toilet cistern that makes the water green.

I now think I am the fittest I have been in years, I was not working before this started so I have been self isolating for months. I was regularly walking ten to twenty miles a day. Now I have had to cut down on the outside exercise I am concentrating on indoor exercises that need no equipment. When this is over I will be practically bionic =))

Watch this space. I feel the need to wash and thoroughly polish the Z4 this evening ;)

Just goes to show how desperate things have got that I feel the need to grab a tub of polish :arghh:

Christ you have lost weight gaz, good effort. I know how hard it is.
Cheers Mark, I've gone from 15 and a half stone down to 11. Been a labour of love and hard work over the last 15 months, best thing is that I actually love the grind of excercise!

Can see you've been working hard on keeping in shape too! Respect

Nice work !!
I went back to the gym when i hit 15 stone must be doing something wrong as im now 15.10 WTF!!
They weighed me at hospital last week thats alot of weight for 5'6"
Thing is never felt fitter hit weight lifting again after years off, funny how the body's musle memory works.
Im three months in to sports therapy and massage has been a learning curve with damage to my rota cuffs and the fear after the torn bicep but all moves well now.
I was gutted the gym had shut so much so i brought everything for home to carry on, when it becomes a lifesfyle you feel robbed if you don't get to go.
Diet changed im dropping weight well., my frame is to big to get to ideal weight without looking ill but i settle for a stone off
