hi niall i must say this web sight has helped me no end with advice on the faults with my machine perhaps see you at a cruise some time.
Me too mate I would have been lost a few times, plus even if you cant find the answer on here just post the question someone will help, there's a lot of knowledge and wiliness to help out on this forum.

Hi @luckyjim welcome from the Highlands:thumbsup: Even our old Rover 75 thinks it needs a sixth gear, but as zeti says it' of it's time. Congrats on the new Z, I would love a straight six, but I expect I'll end up with a 1.9. Nothing wrong with 1.9's before I get flamed.

With all the different six speeds out there world wide there has to be a six speed available as a swap for a 1.9 BMW. Considering the fact that BMW Sources their parts from other major Marques such as GM and Ford something must fit with some adjustment. Why don't we know about it?? JIM
