Excellent idea Mike but I fear the weather will be against us before next Spring. A sunny, dry Z3 week-end in April/May 2022 somewhere interesting between us would be great. How would La Rochelle suit you for example?? We would be very happy to see that lovely harbour again.
At the more mundane level, do you have any idea on what I should focus to get my alarm siren to show that it is functional as I have been able to activate the remote centre locking with the motion sensors and hazard warning lights all doing their thing but can't get a beep out of the siren?The car came with 2 siren keys, one has a 1 on it and the other has a 2 - both seem to turn it off and on but I cant get any reaction!

SatNav. In those 50 zones on the motorway I tend to tweek the cruise control till the SatNav tells me I'm doing 50. The speedo on the dash of all cars is wrong/high. So all those people I pass probably have exactly 50 showing on their dash while they're really just doing 47 or less.
That's why I got a head up display (HUD) it runs off satellite like your satnav and gives accurate speed.
