Handbrake shoes adjusted
New cat hadn't been sealed

And that's it, nothing major, should be on the road for the weekend

Had to do Pauls a few months back. First side took a few hours then the other side was a doddle once I had a technique.

It's what your handbrake (@hard top ) shoes are mounted on Dave. Pain in the arse to change and could've been made so much simpler.

@Lee it's gets even better, went up earlier to see how he was getting on,,,,, ended up the back plates were actually ok, he said he only needed to replace "the clips", so jobs a good un......... Really chuffed with it. Ow as he said its only got a little surface corrosion on some suspension components, so that will get fixed over the winter.

@Bampz , not a chance this weekend mate, heading down south to Essex for a family wedding lol

You dodged a bullet there, the back plates are a PITA to change, not expensive but can be a time consuming job.

No Dino, they're simple. Provided the screws don't shear off when you loosen them. Tap them on the end and gently tighten them before undoing. You only need to remove the disc to get on the screws. I'm fairly sure the Z4 is the same as the Z3.

Hub off again to change but not such an issue. You need a large socket and mahoosive bar to loosen the hub nut.

Had this conversation with @Synclare today. They are cheap to replace but not a quick job.
