If it’s torn, you have 2 options. Either replace that leather section, or repair. The repair will involve gluing a gauze behind the tear and then filling with the appropriate filler then colouring with leather dye.
A split that size can filled, and coloured, Furniture clinic do a light filler for jobs such as yours, it would take 2-3 applications, however if the seats are mint it may well be worth having that section replaced, I had the same section done on my last set of sport seats and it only cost £40

Just restored mine no splits just recolour using scuffmaster from gliptone leather. Same colour as yours had to send a thumbnail size sample from bottom of seat so they could match it. Match was perfect when it arrived.

its called Patina.... i have the same on mine..i was going to sort mine but i just drive it and dont really worry about it,,,
needs to be done but i have a lot more impOrtant jobs to sort on my cars... i will do it though at some stage so watching this post...
