I've just driven the Z3 from Ruabon to Buxton with the top down. That's it. That's the post. ;)

Same distance in UK and Australia between these two. How cool is that?

Talking of Buxton. I went there once. No. Seriously. I did. (Also drove there from wales. Now there's a coincidence)

But what I wanted to say is that the road towards buxton is very curvy. Nice driving road. I thought. But I've never seen so many speed traps in my life before. Literally every mile or so on almost every curve is a yellow box. Low speed limit too.

On the way back I noticed a biker's pub. Load of bikes in the carpark. I guess they liked that road too. Obviously the reason for so many speed traps. ChingChing.

Anyone else know that road?

You are probably referring to the A537, Cat & Fiddle Rd. 50 MPH average speed cameras due to so many killed or injured over the years. Still a good road, even at 50. Been on it a couple of times:whistle:

Know roads around there, not as well as the Mints - biker and petrol head heaven at one point. Hence all the cameras - now folks just go somewhere else ;)
