'Quick rack' upgrade?

Has anyone upgraded their steering rack to the purple tag 'quick rack'? Thinking of upgrading but want to get people's thoughts first. @Lee I can imagine you've done this?

No point mate. The Z3 rack is better. The purple tag is 3 turns end to end and the Z3 rack is 2.7.

I'm sure I've heard, or read, that some zed owners have swapped out the rack for a slower one so that it's less lively.

I’ve never found it lively. Even when playing above 130mph it’s nice having that turn in ability on track, not getting my arms in a twist all the time.

So it's actually a downgrade. Who'd have thought! Was hoping it would make the steering less like turning a ship, will stick to what I have then!
