I must of missed the reference to Scaletrix cars as after doing some sorting out in the loft we found the track & controllers for my son’s old set (he’s 40 now) but no cars. There are two Porsches missing somewhere. So after a couple of cars so we can set it up for my grandsons after lockdown over.

It was originally PMs but I was very forgetful in sorting things out so I was rightly given an open nudge

I collect, restore and trade in old Scalextric cars - hence the forum name. But it's only old stuff usually with nothing suitable for racing.

We had an enquiry about the car last week asking if we would accept 13k which wasn’t enough for us to let it go. However it did focus our minds to think about the price in this very uncertain and timid market. Values have definitely fallen which has to be good news for genuine enthusiasts and bad news for speculators.
