Every day is a school day! Once the revs settled on start up and fan on 0 same noise every few seconds, fan on 1 every 30 seconds or so and fan on 3 never. Mine also sounds just as bad as the one in your clip, silky smooth when driving though!
Having trouble uploading clips, pm me with your...
It sounds like an air valve opening or closing but nothing I have ever heard from the half dozen or so BMW sixes I have had. Apart from that noise it doesn’t sound as smooth as it should do. My tech skills are limited but will try and get a sound clip from mine after Lando wins at Spa!
I had the same issue with a Japanese import Jag XJ, from memory the FM frequencies were at the lower end of the scale say 84-88 which is probably why you can only get radio 2. I am pretty sure I hooked it up to the Jaguar software and had the option to move it to European stations and never had...
I asked my local Z3 breaker if he had a yaw sensor for my 2002 2.2 as my code reader is saying it has a fault, he told me that they only fitted them in the last 9 or 10 months of production and no longer available from BMW. So rare as hens teeth but probably not present on yours. Have not had a...
Having used it for a few years now I just spray heavily and leave it, any overspray is gone within a day or so, like you I started gently and it was counterintuitive to go heavier, it works though!

I have been using their products for some years now and still impressed, the Gummi Phledge type products is great on roof seals and the like, it’s called Revolution Tyre and trim gel and one treatment last a good 9 months.
A great day out and some good racing. So many BMW’s to ogle at but not many Z3’s there and very few trade stands, there were 2 Z3’s racing but I only managed to get pics of the Gulf liveried one.
Forgot to mention the flat bottom steering wheel which makes it easier to get my arthritic knees under. I treated it with Turtle Wax Ceramic polish last autumn and still impressed with the shine and beading still showing.
In the next week or so I will get round to refurbing the passenger seat...
I can’t believe it but a year ago tomorrow I bought a one way ticket from Blackpool to Worcester and came back in this gorgeous roadster.
After nearly 3000 miles I have enjoyed every single one of them and still love any trip I can manage in it, the beach is around 1/4 mile away but I usually...
