Differential bushing..

First car, first problem. Does this bushing look done? I also checked the weld points in the trunk, the bracket the diff is mounted to, and the diff case for cracks or breaks in weld/spot welds failing. All welds are fine and solid, but this bushing looks like dog dook.

I cant move the diff by hand but every time I shift from 1st through 4th I hear and feel a thud from the rear end. The flex disc needs to be replaced, I already have on coming in the mail.

Looks like the rubber has delaminated from the outer ring. I'd say that it needs replacing.

Yep that looks done for, best replace it.

I'd agree with the other comments here. It looks toasted. I would recommend a good look at all the other rear suspension bushes while your there. Well worth the effort fixing it though.
