I’ve not been on this forum for some time and heard this terrible news from Mazza today. I knew Tony had heart problems and used to joke with me about his pigs heart valve, I have some cow in me. He seemed to take it all in his stride and was an inspiration.
I found Tony was always helpful...
Hi Tony,
Thanks for letting us know, it’s a shame but some things can’t be helped. Maxine always looks forward to your cruise. We have a booking at the Black Swan and are intending to keep it and go to Lincolnshire anyway.
Book us in for 2025 as well please.
Alan Maxine and Bertie.
Just aside from the main question. In the first picture posted by Rodders67 the top of the suspension leg is off set towards the rear of the tower. In the second picture posted by ExMX5owner it is central in the tower as mine are. Why would this be?
We would like to add our thanks to Tony and Shirl for hosting such a pleasant event. We both enjoyed it very much. As for Bertie I can guarantee that he has enjoyed himself getting all the fuss from people who met him. For him a Z is the best way to travel.
We have arrived at The Black Swan Marton, after having a detour via Bedford to visit our son. 250 miles in quite heavy traffic.
This was at sons halfway house.
I had a similar problem with the electric parking brake on my son’s Audi A4. I got over it by using a piston push back tool, tighten it with the parking brake off, then put the brake on and release it, you then get a gap, tighten the tool again and repeat again and again until the piston is...
I must recommend the Black Swan at Marton, we have stayed there a few times and have always been made very welcome. The Black Swan isn’t a pub it’s a family run guest house.
It’s 11am and the weather here although drizzle has been nothing like forecast on the BBC. I never trust Carol Kirkwood since seeing her taking part in Would I Lie ToYou and carrying it off very well.
